Cutting and Drilling *Experience of the cutter, cutting tool, selection of equipment suitable for the tile to be cut is important. *The fact that the diamond bits used in porcelain tiles are new, the width of the part to be cut the cutting process to be done properly. *Porcelain tiles are not very easy to cut due to their superior technical properties. Cutting slower and more carefully, especially in large size tiles, reduces casualties. *In cutting large-sized products, maximum precision should be shown both in cutting tools and in cutting with water / grinding. If products with complex designs are to be cut, water cutting must be done. 11. Water Filling and System Test •Water Filling: The pool starts to be filled with water. At this stage, make sure that the water reaches the correct level. •System Test and Check: Filtration, water temperature, lighting, electrical connections and drainage system are tested. All systems must function correctly. Some Tips: •Use on Warm Floors: If porcelain tiles are to be used on warm floors (e.g. in areas with underfloor heating), the adhesive and joint materials must be of suitable quality. •Outdoor Applications: Porcelain tiles to be used outdoors must be resistant to outdoor conditions and have non-slip properties. •When installed correctly, porcelain tiles create a long-lasting, aesthetically pleasing and easy to maintain floor. *It is highly recommended not to cut the ABS plastic parts at the bottom of Relax fullbody porcelain grids to ensure proper water drainage. *If excess parts need to be cut from the ends of Relax fullbody porcelain flex grids, the nuts on the sides of the grid should be slightly loosened to remove the extra slices. After the slices are removed, the remaining part should be cut in a location away from the stainless steel wire pool. The cut piece is then properly fitted, the nuts are tightened, and the grid is placed back into the pool. *For drilling vacuum fixing and a drilling aid with a device must be used. Equipment suitable for glazed porcelains should be used.
